Our hospital recently made a change in transcription vendors and outsourced 100% of our work. Med­ Scribe was selected as the vendor and worked with us for a successful and seamless transition into our EPIC environment.

The Med-Scribe staff is truly interested in meeting the needs of our health care system and our physicians. They are very accommodating, easy to work with, and always available to address our needs or concerns.

I was very pleased with the implementation and planning for the go-live,  and the support available on the actual go-live date. We are now several months past go-live, and the same level of service and support is in place. The quality of the transcription is superb and turnaround time of reports is exceptional.

I would recommend Med-Scribe to anyone looking for a transcription solution.
