After years of performing our transcription in-house, Huntsville Health System decided to evaluate transcription companies in an outsourced capacity. Key ingredients to our search was a company that could deliver savings using the latest advancements in technology including voice recognition, seamless integration into our existing EHR workflow, and the ability to onboard our in-house transcription staff which included several employees with a tenure of 25+ plus years. From the day we first met the executive staff of MedScribe, their extensive understanding of the documentation needs of a large healthcare network was evident.
